Once a student begins an online defensive driving (DDS) course, all fees associated with the course are non-refundable.
Additionally, there will be no refund of the fees associated with the online course if the student is found to be ineligible, whether by fault of the student or All Over Arizona Traffic School.
HOWEVER, there are specific circumstances wherein a refund of the State fee ($24.00), State surcharge ($45.00) and Court fee MAY be refunded:
| 1. | A student pre-pays for a DDS course and does not begin the DDS course. All Over Arizona Traffic School will refund the student's State fee, State surcharge and Court fee upon notification by the student within 15 days from date of payment.

| 2. | The Court which originally issued the citation dismisses the citation either before or after attendance of the DDS course. All Over Arizona Traffic School will refund the student's paid Court fee, State surcharge and State fee upon notification by the student within 30 days from the date of payment. Should this occur, the student's eligibility shall be restored for future DDS course attendance. |
